All articles published in Insieme Arti – Journal for Performing Arts remain the intellectual property of their respective author(s). Authors retain the copyright of their work after publication.

By submitting a manuscript to the journal and accepting publication, the author(s) confirm that the work is original and that they are the rightful copyright holders or have obtained all necessary permissions for any copyrighted material included in the manuscript.

Publishing Rights

Upon acceptance of the manuscript, the author(s) grant Lasya Media, the publisher of Insieme Arti – Journal for Performing Arts, a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Publish the article in electronic and any future print formats
• Reproduce, distribute, display, and archive the published work
• Assign a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) and include the article in indexing, abstracting, and archiving services
• Preserve the published article through recognized digital preservation systems
• Promote and disseminate the published work through the journal website and other scholarly communication platforms

Because this license is non-exclusive, authors remain free to use their work in accordance with this policy.

Author Rights

Authors retain the following rights after publication:

• Copyright ownership of their article
• The right to reuse the article, in whole or in part, in future books, book chapters, theses, dissertations, conference proceedings, lectures, teaching materials, and other scholarly works authored by them
• The right to deposit the published version of the article in institutional repositories, personal websites, departmental websites, or recognized scholarly repositories
• The right to share the published article with colleagues and through academic networking platforms, provided that appropriate citation is given to the original publication in Insieme Arti – Journal for Performing Arts
• The right to present the published work at academic conferences, seminars, workshops, and other scholarly events

Archiving and Preservation
