Author Responsibilities

Authors submitting manuscripts to Insieme Arti – Journal for Performing Arts are expected to uphold the highest standards of academic integrity, ethical conduct, and scholarly excellence. By submitting a manuscript, authors agree to comply with the following responsibilities.

1. Originality

Authors must submit original work that has not been previously published and is not under consideration by another journal or publisher.

Any use of another person's ideas, text, images, musical notations, figures, tables, or other copyrighted material must be properly acknowledged and cited.

2. Authorship

Only individuals who have made a significant scholarly contribution to the research and manuscript should be listed as authors.

All listed authors must:

• Approve the final version of the manuscript
• Agree to its submission for publication
• Accept responsibility for the accuracy and integrity of the work

Individuals who contributed in a limited capacity should be acknowledged appropriately rather than listed as authors.

3. Accuracy of Research

Authors are responsible for ensuring that the information presented in their manuscript is accurate, complete, and supported by appropriate evidence.

Fabrication, falsification, or manipulation of research data is strictly prohibited.

4. Ethical Conduct

Research involving human participants, interviews, surveys, photographs, performances, or copyrighted artistic works must comply with applicable ethical standards and legal requirements.

Where required, authors must obtain informed consent and necessary permissions before submission.

5. Plagiarism

Authors must ensure that their manuscript is free from plagiarism, including:

• Direct plagiarism
• Self-plagiarism
• Mosaic plagiarism
• Inappropriate paraphrasing

The journal may screen submitted manuscripts using plagiarism detection software.

6. Multiple or Concurrent Submission

Authors must not submit the same manuscript simultaneously to more than one journal.

If a manuscript is under review elsewhere, it should not be submitted to Insieme Arti – Journal for Performing Arts.

7. Citation of Sources

Authors must appropriately acknowledge the work of other researchers and provide accurate references for all sources used.

8. Conflict of Interest

Authors must disclose any financial, institutional, personal, or professional relationships that could influence the interpretation or presentation of their research.

9. Copyright Compliance

Authors are responsible for obtaining written permission to reproduce copyrighted materials where necessary.

The journal assumes that all required permissions have been obtained prior to publication.

10. Corrections

If authors discover a significant error in their published work, they should immediately notify the Editorial Office so that appropriate corrections or retractions can be made.
